I intend to buy a pair of mbt sandals with stripes (you know what I mean), but am thinking to do lots of brisk walking, so was trying out the sports shoes. My sportsshoes of Adidas is size 38. But trying on the mbt's 38 and 3/4 size, the front part is just nice (almost no allowance of space for my toes), so I tried a 39, it has quite enough space for my toes.
However, thinner or thicker sockers I put on when trying them out still cause the back of the shoes kind of dropping off the heel(back) of my foot when I walk.
Now, after reading your article saying you bought a size smaller than your normal shoes size.
My above experience is it due to
1) the wrong size (shall I stay with mbt size 38, or do I have to reduce one size down from my normal shoes and tried a size 37)
2) I didn't walk the correct way which is after getting the pivot of the center of the shoes while stand and when begin to walk, one has to roll the feet about backward to really start walking with the heels of the feet and let the shoes roll the feet forward, and repeat the next step the same way. Am I getting in right this way and is this way of walk what you guys talk about taking a while to get use to it.
3) Is Mbt's sandal alright for brisk or heavy walking?
